About the Conference

The VACMS Annual Conference brings together mathematics specialists and teacher leaders from across Virginia for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

Centered on the theme Trailblazing Courageous Leadership, this year’s conference encourages participants to lead boldly, take risks, and create meaningful and joyful mathematics experiences for every student.

Through keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and collaborative learning, participants will connect with a network of leaders committed to impact, equity, and lasting change.

Regular Registration (Starting September 1): $165

    Nguyen

    Fawn Nguyen is the Director of STEM Initiatives at Amplify and a veteran mathematics educator with over 30 years of classroom and coaching experience. She is widely recognized for her engaging, highly interactive presentations and her work supporting teachers in building meaningful, thinking-centered math classrooms.

    Dr. Kim
    Richardson

    Dr. Kim Richardson is a leadership coach, consultant, and Director of Induction and Development for Hampton City Schools, specializing in instructional coaching and leadership development. She is known for her engaging style and her work helping educators build trust, strengthen leadership identity, and create meaningful change.
