Base fee:

Option 1: Exhibitor – $500.00
Includes one exhibitor table in the exhibitor hall, one conference registration for an on-site representative, company logo with active link on the VACMS website, company name and logo listed in the conference program, company logo displayed in the sponsor slide deck during breakfast and lunch, recognition in VACMS communications, including the newsletter and social media, and opportunity to include promotional materials in participant bags (if received in advance).
Option 2: Bronze Sponsor – $1,500.00
Includes all Exhibitor benefits, plus prime exhibitor table location and two conference registrations for on-site representatives
Option 3: Silver Sponsor – $3,000.00
Includes all Bronze benefits, plus exclusive vendor invitation to Game Night, providing the opportunity to mingle with participants in a relaxed setting while playing games
Option 4: Gold Sponsor – $5,000.00
Includes all Silver benefits, plus one featured conference session to share resources, ideas, or expertise with participants and opportunity to address conference attendees for up to 5 minutes during breakfast or lunch (time selected by VACMS)
Option 5: Platinum Sponsor – $6,500.00
Includes all Gold benefits, plus recognition as Game Night sponsor and event MC, opportunity to design and name a custom conference cocktail, and opportunity to distribute drink tickets during Game Night

VACMS is excited to host our 2026 Annual Conference on November 5–6, 2026. Following last year’s conference, we look forward to continuing the momentum with a Game Night on November 5 to kick off the event and a full day of conference sessions on November 6.

Exhibitors and sponsors have been essential partners in our past conferences, and we hope you will join us again this year. The VACMS conference brings together mathematics specialists, instructional coaches, district leaders, teacher leaders, and other educators who are committed to strengthening mathematics teaching and learning across Virginia. With many districts continuing work around various stages of reviewing and implementing instructional resources, this conference provides a valuable opportunity to share information about mathematics instruction, coaching supports, and related resources.

We anticipate more than 300 participants, including presenters, mathematics specialists/coaches, district leaders, and teacher leaders. Planning for the conference theme and keynote speakers is currently underway, and additional details will be shared as they are finalized.

The conference program will include participating exhibitors and sponsors along with their logos. Organizations that wish to contribute items for participant bags or donate prizes are welcome to coordinate with our vendor contact, Kate Roscioli.
