New This Year: Register Multiple Attendees
Schools and divisions may now register multiple attendees in a single transaction. Begin by registering one attendee, then add additional participants as “guests” before completing payment.
The primary registrant should be an attendee, not an administrator. Confirmation emails are sent only to registered participants. If an administrator needs a copy of the confirmation or invoice, please contact VACMS.Info@gmail.com.
For planning purposes, a printable registration form is available to help schools gather attendee information in advance. This form is for planning only—registrations must be submitted online using this information.
If your school or division requires vendor documentation (e.g., W-9), please email VACMS.Info@gmail.com.
Registration Timeline
Early Bird Registration: May 1 – August 31
Regular Registration: Begins September 1
