Skip Tyler is a recently retired High School Mathematics Educational Specialist for Henrico Public Schools in Virginia. His responsibilities included supporting mathematics instruction and providing professional development and coaching for administrators and teachers in his district, impacting over 25,000 students.
Earning a BS in Mathematics with an Art minor and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech, he continued to become a National Board-Certified Teacher endorsed in Adolescent and Young Adult Mathematics. He has presented on mathematics instruction at the national, state, and local level and is actively involved in leadership positions in his state and regional organizations.
